Mark Klein is a passionate, seasoned C-Suite Executive with more than 20 years of general management and business leadership experience across diverse manufactured-goods businesses serving industrial, commercial, residential, and consumer markets. He excels in developing innovative and disruptive sales, product, and channel marketing strategies that accelerate growth and deliver record-setting performance. His leadership style blends strategic vision with operational discipline, enabling organizations to scale effectively and compete with greater agility.
In his most recent corporate role as President of Klein Tools, a global, privately held manufacturing company, Mark led the transformation of the business from a small, inward-focused organization into a dynamic, fast-growing enterprise. Under his leadership, the company expanded its market presence, strengthened its product portfolio, and significantly elevated its competitive position.
Most recently he successfully guided the company through a Private Equity sale, ensuring a strong transition and compelling value creation for stakeholders.
Mark is a member of the global Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and an Executive Scholar Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management.
Frank Lucero is a Finance and Operations Executive with 30+ years of experience leading PE-owned and VC-backed companies through growth, transformation, and M&A events. He has overseen six sell-side transactions valued up to $4 billion and brings deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, CPG, and enterprise software.
With deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management, he also brings 16 years in Consumer Packaged Goods and five years in enterprise software with companies including Intel, Clarify Software, and Neopath Networks. His leadership includes establishing stronger reporting frameworks, restoring GAAP compliance, improving financial accuracy, and delivering margin expansion.
Most recently, as part of a Private Equity operating team, he helped drive 94% revenue growth, tripled EBITDA, and achieved a successful sale amid the economic challenges of 2020–2023. Known for clear communication, proactive risk management, and developing high-performing teams, he builds strong stakeholder relationships and consistently advances data-driven decision-making, cost efficiency, and strategic value creation.
He received his Bachelors of Science in Business and his M.B.A. with a major in International Business from Cal State East Bay.
Joan Duvall is a strategic thought leader and high-performing marketing executive with broad experience across multiple industries and organizations ranging from Fortune 50 and Fortune 1000 companies to small private and private-equity–backed businesses. As an integrated marketer, she understands the full spectrum of the marketing function and crafts a clear vision and actionable plans tailored to the needs of each unique business she supports.
Throughout her career, Joan has delivered measurable results by combining data-driven insights with strong team leadership. Whether managing the residential cooling business at Carrier Air Conditioning, building the marketing function and leading a full rebrand at A. O. Smith Corporation, driving significant growth while strengthening product and brand strategy at JPW Industries, or developing an all-makes parts business for OMNIPARTS and Nissan North America, she has consistently helped organizations elevate performance and expand market impact.
Joan earned her M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Bill Noble is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with 30 years of experience leading teams in retail, eCommerce, and industrial distribution channels. He has held senior leadership roles in Fortune 500, privately held, and consulting organizations, consistently delivering strong revenue growth and improved profitability. Bill has a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and build strong distributor partnerships that drive success in competitive markets.
Bill began his career at Black & Decker DeWALT in their Leadership Development Program, where he spent 14 years in multiple sales and marketing leadership roles. In the Industrial channel, he led a national sales organization and drove record results with the company’s largest industrial distributor through his innovative and collaborative approach.
Before joining Kano, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Retail Sales at Klein Tools, where he led the North American retail team to breakthrough performance with the company’s largest home improvement retailer. Under his leadership, the team earned “Partner of the Year” honors five times.
Bill holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University.
Sal Randisi is a highly skilled manufacturing and sales executive boasting over four decades of expertise in the Lubrication Industry. With a robust background in lubricant manufacturing, product formulation, quality systems, Statistical Process Control, new product development, and key account management, Sal consistently demonstrates leadership and proficiency.
His extensive career involves formulating a diverse range of high-performance lubrication products, including greases and oils known for their cleanliness, safety, NSF H1 certification for food-grade quality, and exceptional performance.
As a member of the Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineers and a certified Lubrication Engineer, Sal excels in various professional skills such as team building, competitive product analysis, strategic planning, and a proven track record of driving sales.
Holding a B.S. degree in Finance from Purdue University, Sal has earned multiple manufacturing quality certifications from Eastern Michigan University.
Susan Meador joined Kano Labs in 1987 and today serves as the leader of our Operations organization, overseeing production, planning, sourcing, logistics, safety, and compliance. As one of Kano’s longest-tenured team members, she brings an unmatched depth of company, product, and brand knowledge that continues to shape our operational excellence.
Susan’s exceptional leadership and her ability to communicate effectively across functions ensure a seamless production process and consistently high performance. Under her guidance, the Operations team delivers reliable results for our customers and upholds the standards that define Kano Labs’ reputation for quality and dependability.
Natalia Diaz is the President of Super Lube’s business at Kano Laboratories LLC. She has been with the company since 2010, starting as an Accounting Assistant and progressing through various roles, including Financial Controller and Chief Operating Officer, before assuming her current leadership position.
With a solid track record in driving company growth and operational efficiency, Natalia brings a broad level of hands on experience to her role. She is known for her practical leadership and ability to execute strategic initiatives that support business objectives.
Outside of work, Natalia co-founded and serves as a board member of Planting Hope and Love, a non-profit organization focused on helping underprivileged children in Latin America.
Natalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University, New York.
